Apps Script automation
Scheduled imports, email reports, form handling and integrations, written to be maintained rather than to impress.

Hire a Google Sheets expert in Miami.
Sheets fits the submission problem here better than Excel, because property and entity managers can fill in a form on a phone without a licence or an attachment. The structure lives in the consolidation, not the thing you ask twelve people to maintain.

Why Miami specifically
Where this work comes from.
Clients for this are typically in Brickell, Doral, Wynwood and Coral Gables, across trade and logistics across Latin America, private real estate and construction, hospitality, import-export, and a growing cluster of finance and crypto firms. Multi-currency trade, property portfolios and hospitality reporting across borders.
For the wider picture of what we see in this market — the recurring problems, the source systems, how the time difference plays out — the Miami guide covers it properly rather than repeating it on every service page.

Questions
Google Sheets expert in Miami — questions.
Answers for this service in this market, including the ones that might cost us the job.
Ask us something elseOur managers ignore the template we send. Any advice?
Make it much smaller. Templates that get filled in have under a dozen fields and no optional sections. Put the complexity in the consolidation layer you control.
Can you connect Sheets to other systems?
Yes, via Apps Script or the available connectors. We build for the failure case — what happens when the source is unavailable — because scheduled imports fail eventually and silent failure is the expensive kind.
¿Trabajan en español?
Our working language is English, and all documentation and handover material is written in English. Several clients maintain Spanish-language input templates for their own teams while keeping the reporting layer in English — we are happy to build it that way, but we cannot deliver the engagement itself in Spanish.
