Maintenance of delivered work
Updates when your source data changes shape, which it will.
United States · Houston · Ongoing support
Energy reporting follows the drilling calendar rather than a steady month, so support demand is lumpy. Reserved hours that roll within a quarter fit that pattern better than a fixed monthly allocation you underuse half the year.

A typical job here
Typically 40 hours/month. Unusual cases land outside that, and we say so in the estimate rather than discovering it halfway through.
Why Houston specifically
Clients for this are typically in Downtown Houston, the Energy Corridor, Sugar Land and the Port of Houston area, across upstream and midstream energy, oilfield services, petrochemicals, industrial construction, and the Texas Medical Center's supplier network. AFE tracking, well economics and field data that arrives in twelve formats.
For the wider picture of what we see in this market — the recurring problems, the source systems, how the time difference plays out — the Houston guide covers it properly rather than repeating it on every service page.

Questions
Answers for this service in this market, including the ones that might cost us the job.
Ask us something elseOnly if unused hours roll, which ours do within the quarter. If your activity is genuinely concentrated in two months of the year, pay as you go will cost you less and we would rather tell you that than sell a retainer you underuse.
We work in monthly blocks with a short notice period, and prepaid hour blocks are refundable pro rata. Long lock-ins mostly protect the supplier, and we would rather be kept because the work is useful.
Regularly. We do not connect directly to SAP — we work from the extracts your team can already pull, which avoids a systems integration project for what is usually a reporting problem.
