Executive KPI dashboards
One screen, the metrics that drive a decision, and a target for each one so a number means something.
United States · Los Angeles · Excel dashboards
The LA dashboard brief is almost always channel performance pulled from Meta, Google, Shopify and Amazon. The charting is trivial; the work is an import layer that survives those platforms renaming their export columns, which they do without warning.

Why Los Angeles specifically
Clients for this are typically in Downtown LA, Culver City, Burbank and El Segundo, across entertainment production, direct-to-consumer ecommerce, apparel, logistics around the ports, and agency and creative services. Production budgets, campaign spend and DTC margin sheets that update themselves.
For the wider picture of what we see in this market — the recurring problems, the source systems, how the time difference plays out — the Los Angeles guide covers it properly rather than repeating it on every service page.

Questions
Answers for this service in this market, including the ones that might cost us the job.
Ask us something elseFrom scheduled CSV exports, yes, and that covers most teams. A direct API connection is only worth the build and the maintenance when download volume or refresh frequency genuinely makes exports painful — we will tell you which side of that line you are on.
Excel when a human needs to change assumptions and see the effect, or when the audience will not adopt another tool. Power BI when the data volume is large and the reporting is standardised. We will recommend against Excel when it is genuinely wrong for the job.
It can be made much more resilient. We match columns by header name rather than position, add a check that reports which expected fields are missing, and fail visibly instead of quietly returning wrong numbers. Platforms will still change things; the file will just tell you when they have.
